Kiran Yadalla

Kiran Yadalla  is a member of the IT transformation practice, which assists some of the world’s most respected companies in improving the performance of the information technology organization.

An experienced management consultant, Kiran specializes in the areas of process analysis, re-engineering, operational performance improvement, IT management processes, and organizational change management.  Kiran has been recognized by his clients and peers as one who successfully drives conceptual models and solution into real world, practical applications.

In prior roles, Kiran was a Manager for Accenture in their Communications and High Technology practice specializing in Process Excellence and Customer Relationship Management. Drawing on his experience in strategy, business process, operations, and information technology, he led major transformational change initiatives driving integrated solutions addressing a range of client operational issues. Kiran brings a wide-range of industry experience with an in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, healthcare, communications, and retail products industry.

Early in his career, as a process engineer for I.B.M., Kiran was responsible for “thin film clean and etch” manufacturing processes and operations for IBM’s super-computer and next-generation mainframe CPUs.

Kiran received a BS degree in Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a MBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Albany.
